| Qualifications |
| • BA degree required (Psychology,
Education, Social Work, Child
Development or other related fields) |
| • Functional understanding of the
ABA principles and methodologies |
| • Completed ABA course requirements,
Board Certified Assistant Behavior
Analyst, preferred |
| • Supervised experience in
implementation of behavior intervention
plans to help children with disabilities |
| • Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian,
preferred |
| • Provide own transportation |
| • Individual will be supervised by a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst |

| Responsibilities: |
| • Conduct in home behavior
intervention sessions as described in
the client's assessment report and
behavior plan |
| • Implement a range of services such
as Pivotal Response Training, Discrete
Trial Training, Picture Exchange
|
| Communication System and other ABA based
teaching programs |
| • Collect ongoing performance data |
| • Attend monthly staff meetings |
| • Maintain professional development
|
