FCDS provides behavioral support services to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families
All services provided by FCDS are based on the principles and science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
All clients have an individualized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs based on their skill deficits and problem behaviors.
All programs and treatment plans are developed, modified, and closely monitored by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who are available on-site during treatment hours.
Programs focus on increasing socially significant behaviors and skills that will enhance the client’s quality of life and increase independence.
BHCOE Accreditation recognizes behavioral health providers that excel in the areas of clinical quality, staff qualifications, and consumer satisfaction and promote systems that enhance these areas. These areas were measured through a wide-range audit, including but not limited to: Interviews with clinical leadership, in-depth on-site observations, detailed staff qualification review, staff satisfaction surveys, and consumer satisfaction surveys. To be BHCOE accredited provides feedback regarding clinical best practices, staff satisfaction and turnover, and consumer protection.
